THE VILLA represents front line detached house with 3 levels: THE BASEMENT, GROUND FLOOR and 1^st FLOOR.

Outdoor ALL SEASONAL JACUZZI with breathtaking panoramic view on the Aegean sea will provide
you with excellent relaxation after the beach activities or, after long sport walks or bike trips.

THE BASEMENT consists of WC with toilet and shower, storage room and two independent bedrooms with matrasses in a size of 180 on 200 cm and one of them SMART TVs of 32″. The second bedroom is interconnected with small living room, designed as the playroom for our
small guests. PS4, board games, sofa will comprise the cozy environment, very convenient for afternoon
indoor silent games. The air temperature never gets hot there, conditioner is not needed, and the
location in the lowest part of house will provide kids with the most safety environment.

THE GROUND FLOOR consists of opened plan kitchen, dining area and spacious living area with
frontal stunning view on Aegean sea, whispering just within 15 – 20 meters away. High sophisticated
kitchen equipment will match requirements of most demanded cookers., fireplace and SMART TV 43
Inch in the living room will complement the environment in the evenings or, during rare rainy or cool
days. Additional dinning area is available outside of the house.

THE 1^nd FLOOR comprises two bedrooms and bathroom with toilet and shower. Each bedroom has one double bed with matrass in the size of 180 on 200 and SMART TV of 32 inches. Each bedroom is leading onto spacious terrace, overlooking the sea. The sunbeds under the pergola on the upper terrace offer unforgettable environment for silent relaxation in the surrounding of the beautiful nature and calmness.

All beds are equipped with high-sophisticated orthopedic matrasses and bed linens from Cocomat. Matrasses and pillows could be configuring according to the guests requests.
