Deluxe Villa
THE VILLA represents semi-detached house with 3 levels: THE BASEMENT, HIGH GROUND FLOOR with terrace and HIGH 1st FLOOR with terrace.
THE BASEMENT comprises spacious bedroom, bathroom with a toilet and shower and storage room. The bedroom has one double bed with matrasses in a size of 180 on 200 cm and the SMART TV of 32″. Additional baby bed can be provided on the request basis.
The GROUND FLOOR layout consists of an opened plan kitchen, dining and living area leading onto cozy terrace, organized as outdoor dining area. High sophisticated kitchen equipment will match requirements of most demanded cookers, fireplace and SMART TV 43″ will complement the environment in the evenings or during rare rainy or cool days.
The 1st FLOOR comprises the bedroom and bathroom with toilet and shower. The bedroom, having one double bed with matrass in the size of 180 on 190 and SMART TV of 32″ is leading onto spacious terrace, overlooking the sea and high green hills around. The sunbeds under the pergola on the upper terrace offer unforgettable environment for silent relaxation in the surrounding of the beautiful nature and calmness.

All beds are equipped with high-sophisticated orthopedic matrasses and bed linens from Cocomat. Matrasses and pillows could be configuring according to the guests requests.
